"Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World"

​

I will be leading a class starting January 7th. We’ll go thru the book, “Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World”, by Joanna Weaver.  With her fresh approach to the familiar Bible story, Joanna Weaver shows how all of us, Marys and Marthas alike, can draw closer to our Lord: deepening our devotion, strengthening our service, and doing both with less stress and greater joy. This is an easy-to-read book with a good message and a lot to think about. There are 12 chapters with study/discussion questions at the end of each chapter, which we will go thru together each week.  I will double up chapters on a couple different weeks, depending on the calendar needs, so it will fit within the schedule. Books are available at the church.
